Chorlton Plant Swap is a free resource to help you fill your gardening space with lovely plants - ornamentals and edibles! It’s easy to create spare plants from your existing ones. Many do the job for you by self-seeding or spreading. Most seed packs have far more seeds than any one person wants to use, so these too can be shared. Find out more about how to make new plants.

Get a copy of our lovely Tree Pit Planting leaflet from Chorlton Plant Swap. Help make your pavement tree bask in beautiful surrounding by planting up its 'treepit' thanks to our handy guide. Live swaps - Spring 2012 The next swap is at the Chorlton Big Green Festival at St Clement's Church, Edge Lane, Chorlton on Saturday March 31st 2012. It will as ever be brilliant! So do get involved, for example by helping on the stall for an hour or so. Please email us at chorltonplantswap@googlemail.com if you're interested. We're also hoping to hold another swap at the Farmers' Market hosted by the Horse & Jockey on Chorlton Green; these are on the last Saturday of the month. We may be there in June. July should see us at the Chorlton Park festival, no dates available yet.
